A sunny and warm start to the weekend.

A cold front is moving through the area today and tomorrow bringing snow to the mountains and a rain/snow mix to the valleys. 

Rain and snow showers continue today and tomorrow. Winds will be gusting to 35 mph out of the west. 

Occasional snow showers will be possible over the mountains through Friday, with a slight chance of mixed rain and snow showers at lower elevations.
