A beautiful day is expected in the mountains, as some clouds will build through the day, but temperatures are expected to soar across our listening area. There is a chance of precipitation coming in by the end of the weekend, as a new storm system rolls into Colorado.
Highs in the valleys today will peak at 81, with a low overnight expected to drop to 48.
In the high country, look for a high of 63 before lows drop to 32 overnight.
