Hazy skies will again remain in the area throughout the day due to smoke from wildfires burning across the state. You can also expect a slight chance for afternoon thunderstorms, with an increased chance in the high country.
Look for mostly sunny skies in the valleys, with highs pushing to 93 today before dropping to a low of 57.
In the high country, highs will move to 75 before dropping back to 40 overnight under partly cloudy skies.
