A chance of snow moves into the area today, particularly in the mountains and high country, and will stick around through the weekend as temperatures are also expected to remain colder through the weekend.
The valleys will see a slight chance of rain and snow today, with little to no accumulation, and a high of 39 before lows drop to 15 overnight.
In the high country, a 50 percent chance of snow through the day carries into the evening with highs reaching 29 before dropping to a chilly 1 overnight.
