The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released their annual winter season predictions.
So how does Winter 2020 look? Most of Colorado will likely see above average temperatures and average snowfall amounts.
The green portions of the map below will likely see above-average snowfall, while the areas in brown will experience below average precipitation.
