A quick moving cold front will bring light snow to the mountains today into tonight. The higher elevations could see 1 to 3 inches of new snow.
Winds will be gusting to 30 mph out of the northwest.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a high of 47. Look for an overnight low of 17.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 41, a low of 9.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 27 with a low of 1.
The weekend will be sunny and mild.
