Girls basketball in Cotopaxi came extremely close to the Sweet 16 last season, falling in the opening round of regionals in a heartbreaking fashion after holding a lead.
The Pirates are bringing back an impressive group who gained invaluable experience during the last season. Caleb talked with Sage Laymon about the season they are getting ready for, and what she and the rest of the team are needing to work on most in the early season.
