Nurturing Parenting Classes Offered in Chaffee County Beginning January 14

Family and Youth Initiatives, in partnership with the Chaffee County Department of Human Services, will offer a Nurturing Parenting Class beginning January 14 and continuing through April 8.

The weekly classes will focus on parenting with empathy, understanding child development, building strong family bonds, and learning nurturing discipline techniques. Sessions will be held at the Poncha Springs Town Hall on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Free dinner and childcare will be provided.
