Chaffee County Commissioners this week approved a multi-year special event permit for a September concert at The Meadows in Buena Vista.
The event is scheduled to take place September 17 through 21. Under the terms of the permit, amplified sound will be allowed until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and until 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Attendance for the concert will be capped at 11,000 attendees, with an additional 600 staff members permitted on site.
