The Colorado Department of Revenue has released its latest figures on marijuana sales and tax collections, reporting that the industry generated just over $236 million in 2025.
With this year’s tax and fee revenue included, the state has now collected more than $3.1 billion in cumulative marijuana tax revenue since retail sales began in January 2014.
State officials say the funds continue to support a variety of programs, including education, public health, and infrastructure projects across Colorado.
