The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin two significant resurfacing projects on Sunday, April 28, impacting both Highway 24 and Highway 285.

On Highway 24, crews will resurface the stretch from Florissant to just west of Woodland Park. This project is expected to continue through November, with both daytime and nighttime lane closures.

Simultaneously, Highway 285 in Park County will see resurfacing between west of Bailey and Pine Junction. Motorists should expect one-lane alternating traffic and reduced speed limits throughout the work zones.

Travelers are encouraged to check cotrip.org for real-time updates and traffic conditions.
