Colorado Parks and Wildlife is encouraging residents to swap shopping carts for hiking boots this Black Friday with its annual “Fresh Air Friday” event.
On the day after Thanksgiving, entry to all 42 Colorado State Parks will be FREE, giving visitors a chance to enjoy the outdoors as an alternative to the typical Black Friday rush.
CPW hopes the promotion inspires Coloradans to spend time in nature, unwind, and explore the state’s diverse public lands.
