The Buena Vista Board of Trustees is scheduled to hold its regular meeting tonight at 7 p.m., with a range of community-focused topics on the agenda.
Several key items will be addressed under Business Items. Trustees will consider an encroachment request from the Boys and Girls Club, as well as conduct public hearings on both the Water Allocation Policy and wildfire resiliency efforts. In addition, the board will vote on a proposal to install a new automated weather observation system at the local airport.
Ahead of the regular meeting, a work session will take place at 6 p.m. During this session, Trustees will hear a presentation from Chaffee County regarding a preferred amendment to the electric code.
Community members interested in local policy decisions and development issues are encouraged to attend or follow along as Trustees review and discuss these important topics.
