U.S. Forest Service Extending the Seasonal Closure Dates

The U.S. Forest Service is extending the seasonal closure dates in the Four Mile Travel Management area.

The seasonal closure will now be from December 1st to April 30 each year.

The public is still allowed to recreate behind the road closures on foot, non-electric bicycles, skis, snowshoes, or snowmobile.

Seasonal closures are designed to reduce stress of big game species and prevent road damage because of muddy conditions.
