Sharon Kay (Binns) Binder, 85, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on April 10, 2025. Born on September 22, 1939, in Salida, CO she spent most of her life in Colorado, before moving to OR with her beloved husband, Jerry Lee Binder.
Sharon went to Palmer High School, worked at the Air Force Academy, and was an owner of the Three Thieves Steak house in Colorado Springs, CO.
She was a bibliophile, who enjoyed history and traveling. Most of all Sharon loved her family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Lee Binder, and daughter, Shannon Rice. Sharon is survived by her daughter Kelly, her stepsons, Paul, Kenny and Michael, along with 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Sharon has left the family with cherished stories and memories, ensuring her legacy of love and family, will live on.
