A Gunnison County second homeowner has filed a lawsuit against county leaders for allegedly being denied access to their property during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency response.
The case claims county leaders denied access to their property with no ability to appeal the decision.
The plaintiffs, James and Joyce Cillessen, claim the ban was unconstitutional and are seeking unnamed damages in the 16-page complaint.
