Law enforcement resumes their search in southern Douglas County for 11-year-old Gannon Stauch, a Colorado Springs boy who has been missing for more than three weeks.
The search is being led by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office on 35 acres in the foothills west of Larkspur.
The sheriff’s office has not commented on why search efforts have been focused on the private and public property west of Larkspur.
More than 8,400 hours have been logged in the search for Gannon. The sheriff’s office has received over 600 tips in the case.
