Salida, CO –The Salida City Council will hold its regular meeting tonight at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
Under new business, council members are expected to consider a resolution approving the Arts, Parks, Recreation, and Culture Subsidy, Cost-Recovery, and Pricing Policy, as well as a 2025 budget amendment.
Council will also enter an executive session to receive legal advice on the constitutionality of Chaffee County residency restrictions included in the city’s short-term rental regulations.
In unfinished business, the council will vote on whether to remove the Chaffee County residency requirement for short-term rental business licenses.
