The Salida City Council will conduct a work session tonight beginning at 6 p.m.
During the session, council members will discuss next steps for the 1st and D Street property and receive an overview of the city’s Arts, Parks, Recreation and Culture Department.
The work session is intended to provide information and allow council members to discuss ongoing projects and city priorities.
A regular meeting of the Salida City Council will take place tomorrow evening. Among the items on the agenda is consideration of an ordinance addressing noise control and sound permit requirements within the city.
The proposed ordinance is expected to outline regulations governing amplified sound and related permitting procedures in Salida.
