The Salida Aquatic Center is temporarily closed again as construction crews address issues with the facility’s new flooring.
During a recent scheduled closure for maintenance and upgrades, a new floor finish was installed. However, the surface has turned out to be too slick for safe use. A construction team is currently working to make adjustments and ensure a more functional and safe environment for patrons.
The Aquatic Center now plans to reopen on Monday at 6:00 a.m.
📢 All memberships will be extended to reflect the additional closure time.
