Places to Age has launched a matching funds campaign to support preconstruction and infrastructure planning for a new Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Chaffee County.
- Donations made by July 27 will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $35,000
- Funds will go toward site work on 10 acres between County Roads 120 and 140
- The goal is to raise $200,000 in 2025 before entering the construction phase
