I think something positive that we will see the ability to take care of our bodies. We’re really focusing on exercise, eating healthy, social connectedness–we’re all understanding how important our relationships are–our sleep, how we manage our stress levels, and that overall ‘well being.’ That’s something positive we’ve learned from the COVID-19 pandemic.
