Heart of the Rockies Radio is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Professional to
join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is
curious about local businesses, and has an interest in marketing and broadcasting.

As a key support role to our Sales Executives, you’ll help connect local businesses with effective
radio marketing solutions. We act as an extension of the businesses we serve – so understanding
client goals and communicating clearly is at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Sales Executives with client outreach and relationship-building
  • Learn how to research local businesses and identify their marketing needs
  • Assist with writing and preparing marketing proposals and campaigns
  • Participate in client visits alongside experienced team members
  • Help ensure strong follow-up and communication with clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication/organization skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn about local businesses and marketing strategies
  • Professionalism and the ability to connect with a wide range of people
  • Interest in radio, media, or advertising (no prior experience required)
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft, ability to learn software systems)

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00am start, variable finish, done by 3pm
  • Combination of in-office work and field visits with a mentor
