The Greater Arkansas River Nature Association (GARNA) is hosting a nature photography class with award-winning amateur photographer John Witherspoon on Sunday, September 21st, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The class will begin with a discussion on composition, followed by outdoor practice. Participants will help shape the focus of the session, which may include landscape, telephoto, macro (close-up), action, or wildlife photography.

Bring your digital camera and a basic knowledge of how it works. Tripods and special lenses (telephoto, macro, wide angle) are encouraged but not required.
