Chaffee County Public Health will present a free screening of “The Paradise Paradox” at 5:30 p.m. this evening at the Ivy Ballroom in the Surf Hotel, Buena Vista. The documentary, created by former world champion alpine skier Bode Miller, highlights the mental health crisis affecting U.S. mountain towns.
This screening is part of ongoing efforts to reduce the stigma around mental health and encourage open conversations. Doors open at 5 p.m., and free popcorn will be available. A panel discussion will follow the film.
