A popular dispensary and CBD store in Leadville was damaged by a fire yesterday, prompting evacuations and a multi-agency emergency response.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office reported responding to a structure fire at Floyd’s of Leadville, located in the 1100 block of Poplar Street. As a precaution, nearby homes were evacuated while crews worked to contain the blaze.
Firefighters and emergency personnel from Summit County, Eagle County, and Chaffee County assisted local responders at the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Officials have not released additional details, and no further information was immediately available.
