Here are the preliminary results for the 2022 Midterm Election as of 9 pm on November 8th.

Salida Ballot Issues

2A – Increases the annual short term rental license to $1,000 for affordable housing     

For 55% | Against 45% 

2B – Increases lodging tax on short term rentals from 4.82 per day to $15 for affordable housing     

For 51% | Against 47% 

2C – Should the City of Salida give the Community Center back to Salida Senior Citizens Inc.    

For 86% | Against 14%

2D – Should the Salida Bottling Company project proceed     

For 44% | Against 56%
