As you head west from Buena Vista towards Cottonwood Pass, you will find the Essential Store off to the right side of the road.
If you haven’t had the chance to turn off and visit, this may be your time.
The Essential Store focuses on homemade natural remedies and immune system boosters, as well as a large selection of soaps, bath fizzies, scents and more.
With so much in the store, the most impressive part may be the fact that it is all researched and made locally by the owner April. In fact, even many of the scents she comes up with are her own mixes.
April says currently the big things she is selling most are anything CBD and essential oils and her hand sanitizer is right up there as a top item as well.
You can find The Essential Store at 16799 County Road 306 in Buena Vista, and they are open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
