The Cripple Creek Police Department says investigators have recovered more than $70,000 connected to a theft at J.P. McGill’s Casino.
On August 18, police reported that $76,800 had been stolen from the casino. Later that day, 26-year-old Andrew Irvine of Colorado Springs was arrested in connection with the incident.
Investigators say $70,550 was recovered from Irvine’s attorney. Irvine remains in custody at the Teller County Jail.
