The City of Salida is inviting community members to a public meeting tonight (June 18) to gather feedback on the ongoing Land Use Code and Zoning Map rewrite. The meeting will be held from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Salida SteamPlant Event Center.
The meeting will include:
- An overview of proposed updates to the Land Use Code
- A presentation on how changes aim to align with the Salida Comprehensive Plan
- Opportunities for the public to ask questions and provide input on key zoning and land use changes
City planners and consultants will be on hand to explain the intent behind the revisions and how they may affect future growth, housing, and development within city limits.
