The next quarterly meeting for Chaffee County Women Who Care (CCWWC) will take place on Tuesday, July 8th at Cornerstone Church, located at 205 South San Juan Avenue in Buena Vista.
The evening will begin with a Networking/Social time at 5:00 PM with hors d’ oeuvres provided by Sorelle’s Deli, followed by the program starting at 5:30 PM. The membership will hear presentations from local nonprofit organizations Mini Blessings, Chaffee County Search and Rescue, and SPOT (Salida-area Parks Open-space & Trails). Once each nonprofit makes their pitch, the CCWWC members vote. The nonprofit with the most votes at the quarterly meeting receives the entire award ($100 x # of members).
The mission of Chaffee County Women Who Care is to bring together compassionate women in the community to support local nonprofits through collaborative philanthropy. Together, members are making a meaningful difference for organizations and individuals across Chaffee County.
