Chaffee County Commissioners to Consider School District Agreement and Library Board Appointment

The Chaffee County Board of Commissioners is meeting today at the Chaffee County Safety Complex.

Among the items on the agenda, commissioners will consider a memorandum of understanding with the Salida School District regarding a proposed real estate transaction.

Commissioners are also expected to appoint a new member to the Chaffee County North Library Board.

Following regular business, the board will adjourn into executive session to receive legal advice concerning potential agreements involving the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office.

The meeting is open to the public, with the executive session conducted in accordance with Colorado’s open meetings laws.
