The Buena Vista Board of Trustees will meet tonight at 7:00 PM at the BV Community Center for their regularly scheduled meeting.
Among the items on the agenda, the Trustees will reappoint Joy Duprey and Jennifer Wright as regular voting members of the Beautification Advisory Board under the consent agenda.
In the business section, Trustees will hold public hearings on two key issues: a tavern liquor license for The Tumbleweedlocated on Antero Circle and the proposed 2026 budget and fee schedule.
Additionally, the board will consider the adoption of several important ordinances. These include an ordinance for expedited review of affordable housing projects, and another to align municipal landscaping practices with state guidelines for water conservation. The Trustees will also discuss whether to authorize the water attorney and engineer to move forward with a change case application for the Bray-Allen water right in water court.
