Buena Vista Trustees to Hold Public Hearings on Liquor Licenses, Consider Development Manual and More

The Town of Buena Vista Board of Trustees will convene for a regular meeting tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.

Trustees will hold two public hearings to consider Hotel and Restaurant Liquor Licenses for two businesses in the 400 block of East Main Street: La Sirena and Kawa, a Thai restaurant.

Other business items include:

• A proposal from Shining Mountains Montessori School to operate the Carbonate Street Childhood Center.
• A resolution amending the Public Improvements Agreement for the Boulders Subdivision.
• Consideration of cash-in-lieu of parking for the 602 Cedar Street condominium project.
• A proposal to amend sections of the Municipal Code related to creating a new Development and Infrastructure Manual.

A work session will precede the meeting, with presentations from the Recreation Department and Town Treasurer.
