The Buena Vista School District Board of Education has announced a vacancy following the passing of Director Norm Nyberg.
The district is now accepting applications to fill the open seat. To be eligible, applicants must be a registered voter, have lived within the Buena Vista School District for at least 12 consecutive months, and reside in District 3.
The individual selected will serve in the role until the next election in November 2027.
Applications must be submitted by May 11.
