Buena Vista School Board will meet tonight beginning with a work session at 5:30 p.m. to discuss applicants for the board’s vacant seat.
Two residents, Joseph Teipel and Jim Bearrs, have applied for the position. The individual selected will serve the remainder of the late Norm Nyberg’s term on the board.
The board’s regular meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
An executive session is also included on the agenda for discussion regarding the employment contract of Superintendent Lisa Yates.
