KDVR in Denver is reporting that Governor Jared Polis has ordered the closure of bars for in-person service.

Polis took the action due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19 in the state. Bars are still allowed to sell take-out alcohol. Bars that now serve food and function as restaurants can stay open under the existing guidelines of social distancing, seating guests with their own party and not allowing mingling.
