[UPDATE] At 3:47 pm, Chaffee County Dispatch notified us that the female victim has been found.

[Original Story] Chaffee County Dispatch sent out a citizens alert this morning asking residents of Poncha Springs to be on the lookout for an injured woman.

In the notification, they state: “We are looking for an accident victim 20-30 years old thin build 5’7″-5’8″ female brown eyes & hair, sage green leggings, dark shirt with blood on it, face deformed and bloody from the crash. Do not approach the victim. Call dispatch 719-539-2596.”

We’ll have more information as it becomes available.
