The Saguache County Housing Authority is now accepting applications for the Range View Apartments, a new 32-unit affordable housing development in Saguache.
The development will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units and is designed to serve residents throughout the region, including commuters traveling to Salida and Alamosa.
Amenities will include washer and dryer hookups in each unit, an onsite laundry facility, a children’s play area, community garden space, and outdoor fitness equipment.
Move-ins are expected to begin in September.
Located along Highway 285, Saguache is approximately 46 miles from Salida and 45 miles from Alamosa, making it a convenient housing option for workers and families in the San Luis Valley and Upper Arkansas Valley regions.
