The Chaffee County Women Who Care (CCWWC) will meet today, Tuesday, July 14th at the Buena Vista Heritage Museum, located on 506 East Main Street in Buena Vista.
The evening will begin with a social time at 5:00 PM, followed by presentations at 5:30 from the following local nonprofit organizations, one of which will be chosen for a cash award for their programing:
Elevating Readers Together
High Country Fine Arts Association
League of Women Voters of Chaffee County
The group will also hear from the April 2026 award winner, Shining Mountains Montessori on how they used their $19,000
award.
Chaffee County Women Who Care provides a means for women to combine their giving allowing for a more sizable impact to non-profit organizations and thus enhance the quality of life for all in Chaffee County.
The Chaffee County Women Who Care are actively seeking new members as well as volunteers for their steering committee.
