Salida Walking Tours will return in a limited format for the 2026 season following a year-long closure due to health issues.
Owner Steve Chapman said tours will be offered twice per week this year, with a lineup of seasonal favorites and a new holiday experience.
The season will feature the Salida Wild West History Tour from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Cleora Cemetery Tour will return in September, followed by the Salida Ghost Tour in October. A new holiday event, the Holy Nights and Mountain Lights Christmas Tour, is planned for December.
