The Buena Vista Police Department will host a free training session tomorrow evening focused on improving safety and preparedness for local churches and businesses.
According to BV Police, the training comes in direct response to community requests for guidance on how to better secure buildings and respond to potential threats. The session will cover key topics including building security measures, threat assessment, and overall emergency preparedness.
Local organizations interested in attending can reserve a spot by contacting Dean Morgan. There is no cost to participate.
