Fire crews from multiple agencies are actively working to contain the Grape Creek Fire, burning on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land near the Custer and Fremont County line.
According to Fremont County Emergency Management, the fire is estimated at approximately 3 acres. At this time, no structures are threatened and no evacuations have been ordered.
🚒 Fire trucks and support vehicles are on scene, and officials are asking motorists to drive carefully and use caution when traveling in the area.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
