A former Cripple Creek detective accused of using his position to coerce a victim to have sex with him while on duty has been sentenced to 58 days in jail and an additional two years on probation.

Alexander Kenoyer, who has since resigned from the Cripple Creek Police Force, pleaded guilty to attempting to influence a public servant and indecent exposure as part of a deal in June of this year.
