A cold front has moved in bringing windy conditions, snow along he Divide and colder temperatures.
Winds will be gusting to 45 mph out of the southwest.
3 to 5 inches of snow is possible over the mountains.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a high of 45 today. Look for an overnight low of 25.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 43, a low of 19.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 27 with a low of 7.
A larger system will impact out area this Friday through Sunday where 2 feet of new snow could fall in the higher elevations.
