Seldon Everett Turnbull of Buena Vista pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of arson and insurance fraud in regards to a fire that destroyed three cabins at Pinon Court Cabins the Mountain Mail is reporting.
The fire happened in March of 2017. The fire was investigated as a possible arson by the Buena Vista Police Department and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Arson and fraud charges were filed against Turnbull and three others involved in the incident: Damien Turnbull, Serenity Nilsen and Joshua Lorenz.
A trial for Turnbull has been set to begin July 22. The three other defendants will appear for a review April 1.
