A Red Flag Fire Warning is in effect for today due to high winds and low humidity.
Winds will be gusting to 45 mph out of the west and humidity will be as low as 9 percent. Rapid fire growth will be possible.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a high of 63. Look for an overnight low of 33.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 61, a low of 27.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 43 with a low of 19.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
