A High Wind Warning is in effect. West winds gusting up to 60 mph can be expected with gusts to 75 mph over the higher elevations.
Winds will persist through tomorrow keeping fire danger high, especially across the San Luis Valley, Fremont County and the I-25 corridor. A Red Flag Fire Warning remains in effect.
Snow showers are likely over the mountains.
Salida and Buena Vista will see a high of 59. A low of 31.
The San Luis Valley can expect a high of 55, a low of 25.
Leadville and Fairplay look for a high of 33 with a low of 15.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
