A Fremont County jury trial for a Westcliffe man accused of killing three people in a 2023 property line dispute has been postponed.

District Judge Lauren Swan ruled yesterday that the defense team for Hanme Clark committed discovery violations, including the untimely endorsement of an expert witness and a late notice of an alibi defense.

The trial, originally set to begin Monday, has been rescheduled to February 2nd.

Clark faces three counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, and one count of assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the deadly dispute.
