Tomorrow is the last day to participate in Chaffee County Public Health’s 2026 Community Health Assessment.
Residents are invited to complete the confidential community survey that will help identify the health issues, strengths, and priorities that matter most. In Colorado, every five years local public health agencies are required to access the health needs of their communities and use that information to guide planning and decision making.
